Growing up on a 660-acre Missouri farm, I learned the value of hard work early. I went on to serve as an Army helicopter pilot, completing two tours of duty in Vietnam and earning the Distinguished Flying Cross and 48 Air Medals. After ten years on active duty and eight in the reserves, I retired at the rank of Major. I believe the first step to a successful real estate transaction is to listen — truly listen — so I understand exactly what my buyers and sellers want and need.
